Apparel Designer
- Responsible for initial trend research to determine concepts, color, fabric, silhouette, and trim details. Possible overseas travel to European shows
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to determine trends forecasts of styles, color palettes and number of groups for the seasons
- Shop & source fabric and trim
- Execute initial sketches through to final sketches with all details, swatches and reference of target customer lifestyle
- Work closely with the teams involved in the garment production
- Review pre and post production samples

Buyer
- Responsible for development of merchandise through financial and market analysis.
- Collaborate with planning department to ensure proper direction and assess competitive environment to make proper purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with managers, salespersons, salesclerks, and advertising to anticipate consumer trends and buying habits.
- Analyze sales and inventory levels to manage business trends.
- Must possess strong financial sense to be able to execute and manage financial forecasts, markdowns, and sales evaluations.

- Buying programs- most buyers go through a buying program at one of the large retail companies like Target, GAP, Bloomingdales, Saks, Nieman Marcus, etc or experience at specialty boutique.
Planner
- Responsible for the management and control of inventory levels to ensure maximization of sales and profit.
- Present business trends and be able to communicate effectively with buyers to ensure consistency throughout merchandise.
- Understand demographic research in specific areas to ensure proper communication with buyer

- Executive trainee program for planning that includes classroom and floor time.
Textile Designer
- Responsible for initial trend research to determine trends, weaves, fibers, yarns, print direction and color.
- Communicate with overseas mills on trends, specs and details
- Check initial strike offs before production

Graphic Designer
- Responsible for creating logos and graphics for garments as well as repeat patterns.
- Must have expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator and be proficient in Freehand & Corel Draw

- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
