Responsibilities:
  • In this role you will be accountable for the development of visual assets that contribute to our learning products
  • You will collaborate with peers across learning design on branding and development, iteratively build assets, etc.
  • While your core strength is within Visual Design, as a member of the team, you are accountable for communicating clearly with peers and working in a flexible manner to ensure we deliver engaging and motivating learning experiences
  • Develop and ideate effective visual design assets across mediums including, but not limited to: digital learning experiences, job aids, eLearning modules, video content, eBooks, print collateral, Google Slides training presentations, and the UX/UI of microsites
  • Apply your solid understanding of typography, photography, graphic design, and Internal branding to all visual assets
  • Work collaboratively with other designers on concepts and development
  • Communicates visual asset development progress to partners – maintaining a facilitative approach, listening for both passive and active feedback, and iterating based on that feedback along the way
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, design standards and guidelines throughout all phases of development and production
  • Win as a team – make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in visual design or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop graphics and layouts to support learning products in a range of formats: PDF, websites, e-learnings, e-books, presentations, etc
  • Solid understanding and command of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
  • Must have an excellent visual portfolio
  • Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind visual design decisions
  • A growth mindset and staying current with the latest visual design technologies and trends (ideally Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, etc.)
