One of our small agency clients specializing in the food service industry is looking for a freelance Paid Search and Digital Marketing Specialist with B2B experience to join their team for an ongoing part-time freelance role.

This freelance Paid Search and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping activate and optimize ongoing paid search campaigns for several key clients - taking existing strategy provided by the agency team and handling the hands-to-keyboard activation within paid search platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).

The freelance Paid Search and Digital Marketing Specialist should also have some proficiency with basic lead/demand generation marketing.


Ideal freelance Paid Search and Digital Marketing Specialist candidates will have:
- BA degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing paid search campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn
- Previous experience handling B2B clients and paid search campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEM/PPC advertising principles
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Accustomed to working within tight deadlines while delivering quality work.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights.
- Adept at multitasking while maintaining strong attention-to-detail.
- Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal.


Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) based on client objectives
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for campaign optimization
- Create compelling ad copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and drives high click-through rates
- Monitor campaign performance regularly using analytics tools (Google Analytics) and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to maximize conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, new tools/features in the paid search landscape
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions etc., along with actionable insights
