Job description
Our client is a leading influencer agency looking to add a VP, Client Solutions to their growing team.Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio of accounts
- Serve as the client advocate to ensure the team has the necessary information on the client goals
- Lead and engage portfolio team across clients and campaigns
- Monitor and track client’s performance objectives
- Act as a point of contact on client accounts, manage client escalations, and solve issues
- Ability to see the big picture and optimize opportunities
- Work cross functionally with Revenue, Execution, and Operations
- Lead process improvements, ensuring efficiencies
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation process with Account Management and Finance teams
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of digital/influencer marketing experience
- 5-10+ years of experience working with luxury brands, ideally in beauty
- Excellent client management experience
