Join Our Team as a D2C Operations Specialist!

Our client, a denim brand in Los Angeles is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a D2C Operations Specialist. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about managing relationships, streamlining operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
•    Communicating with accounts in a professional and timely manner. Account management is the number one priority.
•    Using AIMS to generate orders, pick tickets, invoices and marking payments as well as stock adjustments, managing inventory, monitoring accounts receivable and more
•    Working with warehouse team to fulfill pick tickets, shipping orders and processing any RTV’s.
•    Updating open order report to display what is in queue being packed, account notes/requests, shortages from stock, etc
•    Working directly with production to receive updates on style status, ETAs on incoming goods, and updating warehouse team for any pending information needed for order fulfillment
•    Updating accounts and sales team with shipping paperwork and tracking numbers as orders are fulfilled.
•    Working directly with factor for approval to ship customers Net terms, processing any past due payments and troubleshooting any issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
•      1+ years in Customer Service
•      Working knowledge of Excel, JOOR, and an ERP System

Rate: up to $55K/annually 
Location: Must work on-site Monday - Friday
