Job description

24 Seven is partnering with a luxury goods retailer to help them find an Internal Sales/Customer Support Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with benefits, working remotely during PST hours.

Overview:
This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on customer relationship management, and the ability to oversee inside sales operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Support Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the inside sales support team, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to customers.
  • Oversee the team's daily activities, including outbound sales calls, order processing, and responding to customer inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Order Management and Fulfillment:
  • Oversee and coordinate the fulfillment of replenishment orders and special requests from customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels.
Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Support the sales team with order processing, pricing, and product information to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Assist in developing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track inside sales performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, trends, and performance for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience  in inside sales management, customer service management, or related roles.
  • Experience in managing sales support operations, including order processing and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems.
  • Must have NuOrder experience
  • Knowledge of the fashion, accessories, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
