Job description

Our client, a Top Entertainment/Tech Client is looking for a Marketing Producer to join their team. This will be a contract role and hybrid to Culver City. 

Our team is looking for a Marketing Producer to support the larger marketing team in our Services division. In this role, you’ll be tasked with working cross functionally with numerous different disciplines within marketing, supporting these teams through fulfilling the day-to-day needs for end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Description
  • You will work in close collaboration with our media strategy leads in addition to channel leads, creative strategists, and analytics teams in order to build informed recommendations and campaign plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment.
  • You will be responsible for assisting the strategy team with planning and buying media on paid channels, it addition to assisting on non-paid channels like owned organic social.
  • You will help in managing the workflow between external and internal media teams.
  • You will support and contribute to status agendas, creative tracking, budget tracking, media recommendations, weekly reporting, and campaign wrap reports.
  • You will cross- functionally project manage campaigns from briefing through launch, ensuring deadlines are being met, requirements are being fulfilled, teams are getting what they need from each other to meet launch timelines.
Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with project management, operations management, and/or equivalent support
  • Knowledge of different functional areas that contribute to the marketing campaign lifecycle, including social media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, and analytics
  • Prior experience working with marketing teams and a general understanding of end- to-end marketing campaign process
  • Experience in campaign management, including but not limited to, managing budget and social media trackers, creative spec sheets, trafficking docs, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X & Instagram
  • Experience with project management and resource management tools such as JIRA, Airtable or similar platforms a plus
  • Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions
  • Experience in music, entertainment, or other subscription services a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to take on complex problems and driven to always find the best solutions
  • Aptitude for project management, process, and administrative duties
  • Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
