Our retail client is looking to bring on a full-time Social Media Specialist to join their team. This role is 5-days onsite at their Eugene, OR location. 

Job Description
We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who will drive community engagement, manage influencer relationships, and enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
  • Create compelling content calendars aligned with brand values, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Community Engagement:
  • Foster meaningful relationships with our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and driving conversations around our brand.
  • Implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community, including user-generated content initiatives and community management.

Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and oversee campaign execution to ensure alignment with brand values and goals.

Content Creation and Management:
  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing content (including graphics, videos, and photography) for social media channels.
  • Coordinate product photoshoots and content creation sessions to generate assets for social media campaigns.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and experience in executing influencer campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles as they relate to social media.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
