Job description

Our client a well-known and growing Beauty brand is looking for an Associate Growth Marketing Manager to join the team!  Looking for hands on experience across Paid Social and Paid Search.  Affiliate experience is a major PLUS! 

5 days onsite in Los Angeles (Westside)
$100k-$105k + benefits 
FT/Direct Hire

You will be:
•              Leading data-driven, digital marketing strategy by using customer insight from collected data to drive segmentation, targeted messaging, and overall growth at a profitable scale.
•              Managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring spend is dedicated to relevant growth drivers according to business and financial goals.
•              Developing monthly action plans to achieve or surpass sales goals while quickly pivoting to address market needs outside of monthly plans.
•              Managing paid media agency relationship, budget, campaign buildout, optimization, audience structure, and reporting.
•              Helping plan and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive direct response and new user acquisition from Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Continually measuring and adjusting the strategy and budgets accordingly. 
•              Performing day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities for paid search and paid social advertising. This includes ideation, creating audience segments, content creation management, building, and optimization. 
•              Reviewing SEM + SEO data for keyword insights and trends and implementing findings. 
•              Monitoring and optimizing all campaigns on a daily and weekly basis and conducting competitive research, analysis, and optimizations. 
•              Working closely with the Design Team and Ecommerce Team to coordinate design work orders, ensure adherence to timelines, and prioritize projects. 
•              Reviewing campaign metrics and translating findings into regular updates on performance to broader marketing team and actionable plans for future testing and new ideas. 
•              Overseeing Customer Segmentation and development of tailored marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase. 
•              Managing and growing the affiliate network and partnerships, ensuring pending invites are handled in a timely manner, the brand participates in monthly initiatives with necessary partners, and all links and banners are up to date. 
•              Consistently researching and pitching new digital marketing initiatives to grow audience, customer list, and revenue for a full funnel, 360-degree digital marketing approach. 
•              Reporting on all channel key performance indicators while providing actionable and strategic insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Implementing new reporting programs and tools where needed. Apply for this job
