Business Development Role Manager Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Linden, NJ. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights on industry trends and customer needs.
Business Development Manager Key Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of chemistry and packaging engineering.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and nail polish / nail care market
