Job description

A vibrant and innovative health and wellness CPG brand is seeking (Contract) Corporate Communications, LinkedIn Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Department. This role will focus on amplifying brand and executive presence across LinkedIn with short form writing and multimedia contnet. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, trends, and effective strategies for enhancing brand and executive voices in the health and wellness sector.

 

This role is Remote , Must be local to USA
This is a Sr. Level Role. , Pay is W2
Pay: Starting at $60hr + DOE
Starts in Aug , duration is 6 months with potential to extend
Candidates must be meticulous writers and editors
 

As the Corporate Communications, LinkedIn Specialist, you will collaborate closely with marketing, public relations, and executive teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our LinkedIn presence. Responsibilities include creating compelling content, managing profiles, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored to resonate with our health-conscious audience, utilizing various multimedia formats.

• Strategic Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to define LinkedIn brand-building goals and develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

• Community Engagement: Cultivate meaningful connections and interactions with health professionals, influencers, and stakeholders.

• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to refine strategies.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to assess strategy effectiveness.

• Profile Management: Optimize brand and executive LinkedIn profiles to showcase industry expertise and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Training and Guidance: Provide LinkedIn best practice training and content creation guidance to executives.

 

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist, preferably in health and wellness or related sectors focused on brand and executive branding (3-5 years experience).

· Strong grasp of LinkedIn features, algorithms, and advertising options.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

· Creative thinker passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and executive branding.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

· Strong understanding of SEO principles.

· Keen eye for marketing, branding, and design.
