- Conduct research on current market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences
- Maintain a strong understanding of beauty industry standards and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear communication of ideas
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in in-store gondola design and beauty experience is essential
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
