Job description

Our client, a prominent fashion brand, is seeking a skilled career Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive. This role will commence as a temporary position, requiring on-site presence in Los Angeles - downtown.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactive Support: Anticipate and fulfill executive needs, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Meeting Coordination: Strategically manage and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation and distribution of minutes as required.

  • Calendar Management: Provide exceptional management of complex schedules, prioritize inquiries, and consider time zone sensitivities.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and other logistical needs.

  • Event Logistics: Organize and manage all details for office and off-site meetings, training sessions, and events.

  • Presentation Development: Create dynamic PowerPoint presentations and other graphics, ensuring professional and effective communication.

  • Project Execution: Support project implementation by managing schedules, sourcing information, and facilitating team meetings.

  • Gatekeeping: Screen and prioritize incoming communications and meeting requests on behalf of the executive.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate distribution lists, organizational charts, and other administrative records.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality documents and presentations.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency, confidentiality, and discretion.

  • Adaptability: Calm under pressure, adept at managing interruptions, changing priorities, and completing tasks with or without established procedures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for on-site work in Los Angeles (downtown).
