Job Description: Lead DesignerWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our client’s team As the Lead Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for interactive/web projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs for optimal user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers within the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role in interactive/web design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web design
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
