Salary: $70-90K+ DOE + up to 10% annual bonus


One of our digital marketing agency clients is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their team for an all-new full-time position.

This Paid Search Manager will be reporting to the agency's Head of Search and responsible for building and implementing paid search strategies for a key consumer goods/electronics e-commerce client account.

The Paid Search Manager must have experience performing in-depth analysis against KPI's, owning day-to-day optimizations, designing and implementing innovative test ideas, managing paid search budgets, providing performance metrics/reporting, etc.


Ideal Paid Search Manager candidates will have:
- At least 3+ years of paid search marketing/advertising experience
- BA degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
- Proven track record of success with search advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (i.e. UTM tagging, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Ad platform certifications and track record of taking ownership over self-improvement and professional development.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- A passion for Digital Marketing, upskilling, and continuous learning

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
- Manage client communications across key accounts, and effectively present the current campaign performance and strategic vision at regular client meetings.
- Drive new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including (but not limited to) account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Work closely with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with other channel teams (such as social and programmatic teams) to create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
- Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
