24 Seven is partnering with a local transportation company based in Portland, OR to help them find a Research Coordinator to join their team in this hybrid position. This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract you'd be eligible for benefits.

The Research Coordinator will assist in survey administration, data cleaning, and designing data presentations for internal audiences. This position will support the development of interview and focus group scripts, and schedule and coordinate qualitative data collection efforts and group-based qualitative analysis and writing. This role will coordinate the collection of information for, and distribution of, survey incentives, and will ensure that all reports and presentations are completed in a timely manner. 

A successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS); and a basic understanding of social media and other marketing channels. 
 
Responsibilities: 
1.    Provide ongoing project and logistics coordination across multiple internal surveys led by the Senior Research Analysts in collaboration with the Human Resources team, the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) team, and other teams from various departments. 

2.    Aid in the development of internal and external survey instruments, recruitment materials, and qualitative data collection tools (e.g., focus group scripts, recruitment postcards). 

3.    Assist with in-person data collection activities at marketing events, qualitative data collection forums, and on-board surveys. 

4.    Ensure that all data are cleaned, prepared for analyses, and delivered to the assigned Research Analyst following data collection close-out dates. 

5.    Support marketing analytics efforts across various campaigns, including for our public safety, rider events, and reduced fare programs.  

Qualifications:
•    A Bachelor's Degree is required.
•    A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Business, Public Health or a related degree is preferred.
•    A minimum of two years of total credited experience.
•    One year of experience in conducting research, performing program evaluations, and/or performing statistical analyses is preferred. 
•    One year of providing administrative or project management support for research, marketing, or outreach is preferred.
•    Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian and/or Ukrainian preferred.
